Position: Accountant

Description:
Manages and executes the day to day activities of the accounting and finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications:
B.Com, with focus on finance Minimum of two years experience working in finance related activities. Preference given to candidate familiar with accounting for societies and trusts strong working knowledge of Tally Good English communication skills - able to carry out correspondence required to execute responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of vouchers, cheques, ledgers and supporting documentation required for payments Entry of all financial transactions in Tally and organization MIS systems Ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures Working with the Operations team to ensure timely release of program payments Preparation and submission of TDS & professional tax payments Preparation of BRS statements Preparation of monthly salary statements Tracking all the advances, receivables and payables Track the payments and process as per organization policy and procedure Assisting the Accounts Manager in the preparation of reports and budgets.

Position: Accounts Manager

Description: The management of all areas related to the accounting and finance of the organization including all regulatory and statutory compliances. Reports to the Secretary General.
Qualifications:
MBA/M.Com with a strong focus on finance 5-8 years of experience working in finance. Preference given to candidate familiar with accounting for societies and trusts Excellent working knowledge of Tally Good English communication skills - able to write budget narratives Must be able to work on tight deadlines and be proactive performance of responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Management of finance team towards the execution of the day to day accounting and finance activities of the organization Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports which accurately reflect the position of the organization. Preparation of donor budgets, annual budgets, Board reports and program cash flows Maintains accounting controls through strong accounting policies and procedures to ensure proper use of organization resources Coordinate with our internal and external audit teams towards the delivery of clean and timely yearend audits Provide training to new and existing staff on the policies and procedures of the organization Ensures compliance with all government statutes and regulations Make recommendations to the senior management and the Board on best accounting practices including policies, procedures and reports that ensure proper management of funds and accuracy of reports.

Position: Assistant Manager - Operations
Location: Hyderabad

Description: To assist the day to day management and execution of the organization’s programmes in the field. Reporting to the Manager - Operations.
Qualifications:
MBA/MA/MSW/MHA - focus in health preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in programme management Good English communication skills - verbal and written Willing to travel extensively as per needs of the programme
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day to day operations of the health education programming of the organisation. Including: Coordinating the activities of field staff to ensure programme responsibilities are met Work with other teams within the organisation to ensure smooth execution of field activities Ensure that policies and processes are being followed in the field Continually monitor fields reports and metrics on programme execution Review of field reports Compiling system data into programme status reports In-field assessment of programmes and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of programme delivery Review of field programme plans and budgets to make sure they are in line with full programme timelines, objectives and budgets. Preparation of programme reports for organisation funders and stakeholders .

Description:To manage the operations of the organization including program design, execution, and impact analysis. Additional responsibilities include securing funding through marketing and fundraising activities. Reports to the Secretary General.
Qualifications:
MA or MS in social science, applied science, public health Minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in social sector, preference will be given to experience in education sector Minimum of five year experience working with international NGOs or equivalent Strong understanding of research methodology and statistics Willing to travel extensively as per needs of the programme strong English communication skills - able to write communications material and presentations Experience in working with start-up organisations preferred.
Responsibilities
Program Evaluation and Execution oversees design, delivery, and quality of programmes and services of the organisation analyze program data to ascertain the effectiveness of programme, design new programmes and publish results in relevant publications stays informed about developments in the health sector as they pertain to the work of the organisation internal Capacity Building ensure that all programmes and services are in line with the vision and core values of the organisation oversee the various management information systems and processes of the organisation to maximize efficiency work with management team to ensure that the policies and procedures of the organisation minimize risk and ensure compliance work with staff to increase their skill sets towards the strengthening of the organisations own capacities Identify new opportunities for the organisation to expand its programs and establish new initiatives that fit within the mission of the organisation Marketing & Fundraising oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and PR materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc) with director, designer and project managers Develops fund raising strategies with the Board and supports the Board in fund raising activities Acts as a liaison between the organisation and the community, building relationships with peer organisations, partners, funders and other stakeholders.

Position: Research Assistant

Description:To manage and execute the research functions of the organization including internal program analysis and external academic research and coordination. Reporting to GM - New Initiatives.
Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc in pure sciences preferably nutrition, biology, sociology Strong academic background in research and epidemiology Minimum three years experience conducting and executing research project Thorough knowledge of statistical methodology and SPSS Strong English communication skills - able to write Willing to travel extensively as per needs of the programme
Responsibilities:
Design surveys and reporting tools that provide the organisation with data for programme execution and analysis of programme impact Coordinate with the field in the collection and entry of organisation data Train staff and other stakeholders on how to properly collect data in the field Keep abreast of academic and health sector developments that are relevant to the organisation and share with the team Identify and apply for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that fit within the mission and vision of the organisation Manage the design, execution and delivery of external research projects leveraging the organisations internal resources Publish articles on organisation research and programme impact in relevant health and academic publications.
