Mukti K Bosco

CEO and Secretary General

Mukti Bosco, co-founder of Healing Fields, has utilized her deep understanding of rural communities and their needs to pioneer a series of community driven innovations in health and women’s empowerment. Mukti's twenty year journey developing community health and empowerment began with one of the first micro-insurance programs in India and has expanded to include education, health services and livelihood development. Today, Mukti leads a preventative health education program that reaches over 6 million families in India. She is now working to enable women’s agency in order to amplify the ability to access and hold health systems accountable for 300 million people in India by 2030.
Gayathri Prashanth

General Manager:New Initiatives

She is a nutritionist and has experience of working in hospitals and with NGOs viz. CARE India and AP State Aids Control Society. She takes care of operations, monitoring and evaluation at Healing Fields. She’s been the co-researcher for the Deshpande Survey and the ICMR project. She has actively contributed taking part in the international working group on developing financial and social indicators for micro insurance. Her skills lie in designing survey tools, planning and implementation of research projects and report preparation. She has been active in all the research projects of Healing Fields and designed the study tools of the key research projects like health and health insurance needs assessments, menstrual hygiene survey, and other surveys. including the evaluation study of Vimosewa’s health insurance program.
Sandeep Panikkal

General Manager:Operations

He holds a MBA degree and has over 15 years of experience in banking and financial consulting. He has worked banking institutions like HDFC Bank, International Commercial Bank and Development Credit Bank (DCB) in retail, corporate, rural/agriculture banking and financial inclusion. He has also worked extensively in rolling out microfinance and financial inclusion strategy for the banks. At Healing Fields Foundation, he is responsible for the operations and is engaged in effective scale-up of the community health education programme multiplied with several initiatives with different stakeholders.
Maya Welch

Manager Program Monitoring

Maya graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Political Economy and Mathematics. She has since worked in sustainable development supporting various environment and women’s empowerment related projects. Maya leads documentation, evaluation and monitoring projects covering Healing Fields’ new initiatives.
Aparna Adhikari

Senior Manager Training

Aparna has completed MPhil, in Psychology and is currently pursuing a PHD in Psychology. She has 20 years of experience working with different organizations. She started her career from CHILDLINE India Foundation Mumbai, worked in state HIV/AIDs Helpdesk, the Suicide Prevention counseling center, as a School Counsellor and as a Psychological Counsellor for My Choices Foundation.
Pradeep Rai

Program Manager Operations

Pradeep is a graduate in Masters in Social science from Varanasi in 2007.He has a total work experience of 10 years. He has valuable work experiences from Steel Authority of India Limited-CSR, Society for Educational and Economic Development (SEED). He heads the training programme for Community Health Entrepreneurship(CHE).
Dileep Kumar

Program Manager Training

Dileep graduated in Social work from Shobhit University Meerut in 2015 and has an overall work experience of 12 years in the NGO field. He always wanted to work with the rural marginalised community to improve their health and education. He believes in India many people die every year by preventable diseases and many children in our country become dropouts from school due to financial difficulties. Dileep currently leads field training.
P.Prasad Rao

Sr. Manager, Finance and Admin

Rao holds Finance & Admin MBA- Finance. At Healing Fields, he works as Head of Finance, accounting, audit, banking, personnel and office administration. Previously, he worked in the finance department in many various manufacturing/ service industries and had put in service in the cement industry owned by Heidelberg cement which stands as the largest manufacturer in the world.
Diti Joshi

Program Manager: Corporate

Diti has an M.Phil. in Health Systems Management from TISS Mumbai and over four years of professional work experience in project management, research and evaluation, report, and tool development. Previously, she worked with the Delhi Commission for Women 181 Women Helpline, the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4), the District Level Household Facility Survey (DLHS-4), and others. At HFF, she specializes in management, implementation and development of reports for field level projects. Diti strongly believes in a participatory approach to social change, where the changemakers and communities can work together on a singular platform.
Jhansi Fatima

Consultant, Health Initiatives

Jansi has 12 years of experience across health care operations, Quality and accreditations, Telehealth across strategies , Health care information & Technology and business transformation. She holds a Masters in Nursing and Hospital Administration, and is currently pursuing Pursuing Post graduate in Product Management and disruptive strategy from Amity university and collaboration with Harvard university.
